1.     本網站提供所有接受耶穌基督為救主的弟兄姐妹免費使用個人e-Land，慕道友也可註冊使用本網站服務，惟權限受一定限制。

2.     個人用戶有責任提供正確和必要之資料予網站方，包括姓名、電郵地址、性別、受洗與否、受洗年份、恆常聚會的教會和會籍所在教會等資料；個人用戶可自行決定公開哪些資料予公眾知曉或者可被站內搜索得到；個人用戶名也可使用化名。

3.     個人用戶經過所在教會驗證之後，可成為本網站之認證會員，並獲得更高之使用權限。所有認證會員之首頁和會員資料欄目將註明『已認證』；所有認證會員若有資料更新時需及時在網站更新。

4.     個人用戶在網站不得提供侵犯他人知識產權之資料。網站方若經他人投訴某用戶有侵權行為，網站方有權利要求其及時撤回相關資料及做其它善後處理。若不聽從所提供之服務將會被停止。

5.     未得個人用戶同意網站方不會將其資料出賣給其他第三方；但相關資料可在合宜隱私保護條件下供本網站的事工推廣、宣傳使用。

6.     網站方另行制定合乎基督教道德倫理的網絡內容和言行規範，個人用戶所提供的一切內容和在本網站之言行將受該條款所規範。

7.     本網站不在個人用戶的e-Land上提供任何形式的廣告；只會在公開區域劃定特別板塊予以有宣傳推廣需要的用戶以合宜方式發放資料。

8.     驗證會員可以開設『個人小棧』以做對外公開提供作品或服務，惟該小棧需顯明開設會員之真實姓名、性別和會籍資料。

9.     網站方將定期對所有個人小棧之質素和信譽根據其他會員使用反饋予以排行和推薦。

10.  以上條款之解釋權歸哈利路亞國際事工有限公司；各用戶可提供條款修改建議，本網站將在廣泛收集反饋之後，適時作出修改；若有任何條款之更新或修改，本網站將及時知會各用戶，以使用戶自行決定是否繼續使用本網站提供之服務。

Terms and Conditions for Individual Users

1.This website provides “e-Land” for brothers and sisters who confess and accept Jesus Christ as their Savior without any charges. We also welcome friends who are interested in seeking Jesus to register as users of our website, but there would be some limitation in the authorization.

2. Individual users should submit correct and necesssary information to the Website Provider, including name, email , address, sex , baptism information ( status whether baptised or not, date of baptism ), church they regular attend, and church they belong to. Each individual can decide if his information can be disclosed or searched in the website. Short name/Nick name is acceptable.

3. After verification by the individual’s church, individual users will be certified members of our website. Higher user authority level would be granted. His home page and the member information would be denoted with a “certified” mark. All members should updated his information in the website as soon as there is any change in his information.

4. No individual user should provide information that infringe the Intelligent Properties of others. Website provider has the right to request all individual users to withdraw information and duly handled the related information in case I.P. Infringement is reported, and Website Provider has the absolute right to stop such information if the offender does not complied with the Website provider’s request.

5. Without the consent of the individual user, website provider should not disclose its members’ information to any third party. However, under the compliance of the Personal Data ( Privacy ) Law of HongKong, the S.A.R. Of PRC, Website Provider can adopt these information in promotion and advertisement of the ministry works of the website.

6. The website provider has a specify set of Code of Best Practice for Christian Norms and Website Practice both in the Content and Behavior, all individual users should comply with this set of Code of Best Practice.

7. The Website Provider will not make any advertisement in the Individual’s e-Land. However, neccessary advertisement for users would be allowed and issued under appropriate arrangement and method in the designated pages/public area of the website.

8.  Certified members can set up their “Personal Booth” to share his services and products to the public. Any Personal Booth should be registered with the real and true name, sex and member information of the member.

9. The Website Provider should recommand quality-wise and well ranked Personal Booth to the public.

10. Allayluya International Ministry Limited has the explanatory and interpretation right of all the Terms and Conditions listed above. Comments and suggestions are welcomed. Our website will evaluate all responses and feedback , and we would update our members with our latest our Terms and Conditions when there is any change. All individual users has their own decisive right to determine whether to continue using our service or not.
