1.     本網站所指稱基督教公眾人物為教會牧師傳道、教會執事長老、機構董事、機構主要領袖、作家、神學院教授/講師等。

2.     本網站提供所有基督教公眾人物免費使用公眾人物e-Land。

3.     公眾人物需提供較完整之個人資料予網站方，包括常用名、姓名、身份證副本、電郵地址、性別、配偶姓名、受洗年份、服侍的教會、機構、會籍所在教會，神學畢業院校、主要作品、按立教會和年份等個人簡介；此等資料有部分需要公開於公眾知曉或者可被站內搜索得到，具體情形由該用戶和網站方商定。

4.     所有公眾人物若有資料更新時需及時在網站更新。

5.     公眾人物可在網站上展示其作品予其他會員使用，並與使用者互動反饋。

6.     公眾人物不得在網站提供侵犯他人知識產權之資料。網站方若經他人投訴其有侵權行為，網站方有權利要求其及時撤回相關資料及做其它善後處理。若不聽從所提供之服務將會被停止。

7.     未得公眾人物同意網站方不會將其資料出賣給其他第三方；但相關資料可在合宜隱私保護條件下供本網站的事工推廣、宣傳使用。

8.     網站方另行制定合乎基督教道德倫理的網絡內容和言行規範，公眾人物所提供的一切內容和在本網站之言行將受該條款所規範。

9.     本網站不在公眾人物的e-Land上提供任何形式的廣告；只會在公開區域劃定特別板塊予以有宣傳推廣需要的用戶以合宜方式發放資料。

10.  網站方將定期對所有公眾人物作品受歡迎指數予以排行和推薦。不願參與此活動的可預先向網站方提出，網站方將在其公開的個人資料欄目顯示此選擇。

11.  以上條款之解釋權歸哈利路亞國際事工有限公司；各用戶可提供條款修改建議，本網站將在廣泛收集反饋之後，適時作出修改；若有任何條款之更新或修改，本網站將及時知會各用戶，以使用戶自行決定是否繼續使用本網站提供之服務。

1.     教會和機構認證過程

教會和機構直接提供商業註冊憑證和地址、信仰宣言、使命異象、董事會資料、負責人資料、相關網頁以及聯絡方式。教會還需提供章程和紀律手冊及宗派背景。

2.     會員認證過程

會員需提供身份證副本、受洗證書副本、會籍所在教會推薦信上傳本網站。經過網站方和教會核准之後予以確認；若會籍所在教會尚未完成在本網站之驗證，或會員本身提供之資料未能核准，該會員之認證則仍尚未完成。

3.     公眾人物資料核准過程

網站方對公眾人物所提供的資料定期隨機抽樣核准；核准年份也將標誌在公開個人資料上。網站方也將和有質素的基督徒百科網站互相配搭，完善主內公眾人物的介紹。在本網站之公眾人物個人資料欄目也會顯示其在基督徒百科網站之條目鏈接。

Terms and Conditions for Christian Public Figures Users

1. By Christian Public Figures, the Website Provider refers to Christian Preachers, Priests, Pastors, Church Elders and Deacons, Directors, Organization Leaders, Devoted and Gifted Christian Authors, Theology Institution Professors and Lecturers.

2. Our Websites offers “Christian Public Figures e-Land” for Christian Public Figures to use without any charges.

3.Public Figures should provide personal information in full to Website Provider, including his/her regular used name, his/her personal identity name, copy of his/her identity document , email address, sex, spouse name, year of baptism, church he/she served, organization and member church, Theology Institution he/she graduates, major writings, ordination church and year of ordination; part of these information should be available for the public upon users’ search (detail to be mutual agreed between the Public Figure and the Website Provider.)

4. All Public Figures members should update their information in the website and notify the Website Provider as soon as there is any change in their status.

5. Public Figures can display their products for the use of other members, and have interactive feedback with their readers.

6. Public Figures should not provide information that infringes Intelligent Properties of others. Website provider has the right to request all users including Public Figures to withdraw information and duly handled the infringed information in case complain of I.P. infringement is reported, and Website Provider has the absolute right to stop such information if the offender does not comply with the Website provider’s request.

7. Without the consent of the Public Figurers member, Website Provider should not disclose its members’ information to any third party. However, under the compliance of the Personal Data (Privacy) Law of Hong Kong, the S.A.R. of PRC, Website Provider can adopt this information in promotion and advertisement of the ministry works of the website.

8. The website provider has a specify set of Code of Best Practice for Christian Norms and Website Practice both in the Content and Behavior, all members including Public Figures should comply with this set of Code of Best Practice.

9. The Website Provider will not make any advertisement in Public Figures’ e-Land. However, advertisement for users would be allowed and issued under appropriate arrangement and method in the designated pages/public area of the website.

10 The Website Provider will regularly benchmark the popularity of the products displayed by the Public Figures and recommend them to the members. Public Figures who do not want to take part in such activity should notify the Website Provider in advance, the Website Provider will mark their decision in the disclosed Information of the Public Figures.

11.Alayluya International Ministry Limited has the absolute explanatory and interpretation right of all the Terms and Conditions listed above. Comments and suggestions are welcomed. Our website will evaluate all responses and feedback, and we would update our members with our latest our Terms and Conditions when there is any change. All members have their own decisive right to determine whether to continue using our service or not.
